She now operates a private space outside of Raleigh, NC, “The Blaire Hair Collective”, mentoring a team of driven professionals.Crediting her dedication to see herself & others achieve excellence, Lyss certainly doesn’t lack experience. You can find her everywhere, from behind the chair, Milan, Paris, & New York Fashion Week, hair show teams, magazine sets, editorial shoots, to private shoots for lifestyle influencers, though her main passion is delivering emotional & lifestyle transformations to her guests with positive life-changing results.Alyssa found her passion in extensions early in her career; as a multi-method master educator with the Hairtalk Extension global artistic masters team and as lead stylist for New York, Paris, and Milan Fashion Week.
